The procedure allows exact proportions of skin and mucous membrane to be removed, producing aesthetically pleasing results. Unlike conventional circumcision, Laser circumcision is ideal for patients with blood disease like haemophilia.

Hemorrhoids are popularly known as piles. These are the dilatation of veins around the anus. They can occur both inside and outside of the anus. This is an extremely unpleasant and painful condition for many people. Piles may cause severe bleeding, ulceration, gangrene, fibrosis, thrombosis, infection, abscess, septicemia, pyaemia, etc. They can be easily treated and often prevented. As hemorrhoids generally get worse as time goes by, so they should be treated as soon as they appear.
Causes: Chronic constipation, straining to move stool, aging, pregnancy, hereditary, etc.
Prevention: Prevention is always better than cure. The best way to prevent hemorrhoids is to keep stools soft so they are easy to pass and don’t require straining. Eating a high-fiber diet and drinking plenty of fluids (six to eight glasses each day) can help you stay regular and keep stools soft, and may reduce constipation and the need to strain on the toilet, lowering the risk of developing new hemorrhoids.
Treatment: Early stage high fiber diet, good hygiene, and topical medications. If it does not respond than you need surgery. There are many procedures of surgery like hemorrhoidectoy, ligation, Sclerotherapy, Laser, etc.
